Hopefully you know how important it is to get your veggies. I’ve been adding raw food, smoothies and fresh juices into my diet lately. I love experimenting with various green drinks.

Today we have a green smoothie.

Ingredients: Kale, Spinach, 2 Ripe Bananas, 1 peeled orange and a handful of frozen strawberries.

1- Add all organic ingredients into blender. Add about a cup or so of water (depends on how loose or thick you want it.)

2-Liquify and drink!
