A lot raw vegans eat a lot nut pates. I experimented with several and really like this one. There are so many more to try. You can eat them with raw veggies or wrap them in a lettuce leaf or collard green like I did below. Play around and find out what works best for you.

Directions:
1) Soak raw sunflower seeds and almonds in separate containers with water overnight.
2) In the morning, drain the nuts and put them in a food processor.
3) Add juice from half a lemon.
4) Add pate to a bowl then add chopped parsley, onions and celery.
5) Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
6) Eat with your favorite raw veggies or put the pate in a wrap like I did.
